No. They are planning estimates only. Contractor quotes must include drawings, inclusions, exclusions, site conditions, taxes, materials, labour, and local execution details.

Does AI calculate MyHousePlanner construction costs?

Accepted Answer

No. Construction cost numbers come from deterministic backend formulas. AI may explain an already calculated estimate, assumptions, material impact, scenarios, and risks, but it should not invent costs or supplier rates.

Why do some cities use default India rate bands?

City-specific rate bands are shown only after local calibration. Until then, MyHousePlanner uses default India quality bands to avoid false precision.
